Terms of Service

These are the terms for working with me as your manager. Please read them before you apply. In this page, "I" and "me" means Hanako Amaya, and "you" means the talent I'm managing. If anything here is unclear, ask me before you sign up.
1. Agreement
By hiring me as your manager, you agree to these terms.
2. What I do
I provide VTuber management. Depending on what you need, that can include strategy, feedback, planning, scheduling, analytics reviews, outreach for sponsorships and brand deals, and general guidance.
My work is advisory. I help you decide what to do and keep you on track, but making your content, streaming and putting the advice into practice are up to you.
3. Payment
- Management is $225 per month, billed monthly unless we agree on something different.
- It's a flat rate. I don't take a percentage of your earnings, sponsorships or brand deals.
- Invoices are sent through PayPal.
- Payments need to be made on time for management to continue.
4. Commitment and cancelling
- There's a minimum commitment of two months from the day we start. It takes time to build a real plan and see where it goes, and I can't do that properly in a few weeks.
- After the first two months, either of us can end the agreement by giving two weeks' notice. A Discord message or an email is fine.
- The two weeks start on the day the notice is received, and I keep working with you as normal until they're up.
5. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. That includes partial months, time you didn't use, and ending the agreement early, whether you cancel or I do.
Having a manager is not a guarantee of success. I'll put real work into helping you grow, but I can't promise any particular result, so not reaching a goal isn't a reason for a refund.
The same goes if you're inactive, don't keep in touch, or don't use the advice we agree on. That doesn't make you eligible for a refund or a lower fee.
6. No guarantees
I don't guarantee growth, viewers, followers, income or any other specific result. How things go depends on a lot that's outside my control, including the effort you put in, your content, and what's happening on the platforms and in the wider VTuber space.
7. Your part
Management works best when we work on it together. By signing up, you agree to:
- take an active part in your own growth and try the advice we agree on
- keep in touch with me regularly and let me know when something changes
- come to our check-ins. I'm very meeting-oriented and weekly meetings are expected. If meetings aren't for you, tell me and we'll work something out.
Don't be afraid to hand me work. Management is my full-time job.
8. What isn't included
- Guaranteed growth or going viral.
- Running your accounts for you, unless we've agreed on that in writing.
- PR help or damage control for controversies or disreputable behavior on social media.
If you ask for something outside what we agreed on, I may say no, or it may cost extra. I'll always tell you which before doing it.
9. When I can end our agreement
I can end management at any time, without the usual notice, if there's:
- non-payment
- disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
- repeated failure to communicate or take part
No refunds are given if the agreement ends this way.
10. Your work stays yours
Anything made for you while I manage you, like branding, graphics and documents, belongs to you. You keep all of it however things end between us.
11. Age
I only work with talents who are 18 or older.
12. Changes to these terms
If I change these terms, I'll update this page and let the talents I'm currently managing know before the changes apply to them.
