About

I'm Hanako Amaya, a full-time VTuber Talent Manager and Personal Assistant. I've been part of the VTubing sphere since 2018, and what started as moderating for friends turned into a career I'm genuinely passionate about.

I went full-time as a VManager in 2025, giving my talents my complete attention. I no longer stream myself so I can be fully present for the people I work with.

I'm also the founder of Oshi Bubbles LLC, a VTuber-themed bath bomb business, Lead Manager at Blaze VTuber Agency, and developer of PoiiBot.

        None of this is a judgment. Management works best when there's already momentum to build on. If you're earlier in your journey, a one-off consultation might be a better starting point.

        Transparency

        Management Terms

        The key things to know before applying. No hidden clauses.

        Monthly Rate $225 / month

        Flat rate. No percentage taken from earnings, sponsorships, or brand deals. What you earn is yours.

        Minimum Commitment 3 months

        A minimum of three months is required when you sign. This gives us enough time to build a real strategy and see results.

        Notice Period 2 weeks

        After the initial three months, either party can end the agreement with two weeks notice.

        Asset Ownership Yours, always

        Any assets created during management belong to you. Branding, graphics, documents, all yours to keep regardless of how things go.

        Refunds No refunds

        Monthly fees are non-refundable once paid. This is standard practice and reflects the time and work that goes into management each month.

        Age Requirement 18+ only

        All talents must be 18 or older. No exceptions.
